A Cotrirosa conta com um moinho de milho, localizado em Santa Rosa, com capacidade de moagem de 500 toneladas por mês. O moinho de trigo, localizado em Horizontina, tem capacidade de 1500 toneladas por mês. Nos moinhos Cotrirosa são produzidas as farinhas Nutrirosa e Cotrirosa, além de farelos de milho e trigo.
